What is mild persistent asthma?

In mild persistent asthma symptoms are mild but occurred more than twice a week but less than once a day, in night symptoms occur three to four times a month but less than one week. lung function is 80% of normal when not having an attack.

Symptoms:

  • Frequency of nighttime awakening with asthma symptoms
  • How much asthma interference with daily activity
Treatment:

There are asthma medication oral pills, inhalers, and a nebulizer.
